The SJPL-Z Series Plastic Tape Extrusion Stretching Line is engineered specifically for producing high-quality PP and HDPE tapes. This advanced line offers exceptional performance, ensuring perfect tape quality while minimizing consumption for optimal economic benefit. It is versatile enough to produce a range of products such as woven sacks, chemical bags, food bags, cement bags, leno bags, jumbo bags, geo-textile tarpaulin, carpet backing tape, and artificial grass tape.
Equipped with a High Precision T-Die, the SJPL-Z series utilizes CNC technology to simulate extrusion and achieve one-off process molding, guaranteeing superior tape quality. The intelligent control system features data saving and fault alarm functions, all managed via a user-friendly touch screen. Additionally, the specially designed haul-off system ensures stable flow and effective water removal, paving the way for high-speed production. The high-speed winder, controlled by an inverter, maintains consistent tension during winding, achieving speeds of up to 550 m/min.
