The Post-blending Detergent Powder Production Line is designed for the efficient and effective manufacturing of high-quality detergent powders. This innovative intermittent post-blending process combines essential raw materials including laundry base powder, enzymes, color granules, and perfumes to create a superior product. With a density range of 0.35 to 0.50 T/m³, this production line can handle an output of 1.2 m³ per batch, making it ideal for large-scale production.

Process Overview:

• The process begins with solid materials being lifted by an electric hoist into the feeder hopper for automatic feeding into the mixer.
• Perfume is atomized using a pressure atomizing nozzle within the mixer, creating a powder curtain that allows for optimal contact and mixing with the atomized perfume.
• The mixer speed can be adjusted to enhance the mixing efficiency.
• After mixing, the resulting laundry powder is screened via a sieving machine before being transferred to the finished product silo by a lifter.
• Underneath the silo, a semi-automatic packing machine weighs the product, allowing for custom weight settings. The bags are manually placed, and each product undergoes heat sealing and quality inspection before being packed and stacked for storage.
