With the capability to handle hot metal ladles ranging from 40t to 300t, this technology incorporates a series of innovations that enhance the overall efficiency of metal processing. Key features include the design and contracting services for injection and desulphurization processes, ensuring optimal performance. The proprietary technologies developed include models for desulfurizer volume calculation, stirrer paddle speed selection, and control models for dephosphorization and injection. The stirring desulphurization process consistently achieves a desulfurization ratio exceeding 90%, setting a benchmark in the industry.
