The preset flow meter with printer is a highly efficient M series positive displacement meter designed for precise liquid metering in both transfer and process control applications. Its innovative design ensures ease of maintenance and versatility across various uses. The meter features a robust housing that contains two bladed displacement rotors and a central single blocking rotor, all operating in perfect synchronization within three cylindrical bores, ensuring no metal-to-metal contact within the meter element.
The alternating motion of the bladed displacement rotors moving through the half-cylinder bores, combined with the rotation of the blocking rotor, creates a continuous capillary seal that effectively separates the unmetered upstream product from the metered downstream product. Each rotor shaft is equipped with timing gears, where the blocking rotor gear has twice the teeth of the displacement rotor gears, resulting in it rotating at half the speed of the displacement rotors. This precision mechanism guarantees accurate measurements and reliability.
