The Professional Tile Cutter is engineered for precision and durability, designed to meet the demands of both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Its robust aluminum alloy die-casting top features a wide base for stability, while the aluminum extruded base connects seamlessly with a padded spring steel plate. With dimensions of 335mm (L) x 95mm (W) (13-1/4” x 3-3/4”), this tile cutter is available in various models, including AH-870S and AH-1040S(1240S).

Equipped with a curved aluminum alloy handle and a wheel storage cushion grip, the Professional Tile Cutter ensures comfort during use. The H-shaped high precision chrome plated hard S45C steel single rail enhances cutting accuracy, featuring a 100mm (4”) long hole for seamless operation. The monorail sliding system incorporates six rubber sealed ball bearings for smooth movement, while the adjustable cutting wheel height allows for versatile cutting options.

This tile cutter also features 390mm (15-1/4”) long steel adjustable swing and sliding side arms, facilitating larger projects. A 120mm (4-3/4”) wide jumbo zinc alloy padded breaker foot ensures efficient tile breaking, and the 500mm (20”) wide black painted steel ruler, marked with both mm and inch measurements by laser, is complemented by an aluminum alloy protractor gauge for precise angles. The cutter is equipped with a 22mm (7/8”) diameter “TUNGALOY” Japan made titanium coated tungsten carbide cutting wheel, complete with “NMB” brand rotary bearings for optimal performance.
