push back racking
Inquire NowDescription
HEGERLS push-back racking, also known as push-in racking, is an innovative storage solution designed for efficient warehouse management. This system features multi-layer trolleys connected on beams, allowing stacked goods to be easily placed on the trolley and pushed in from the outside. When new goods are stored, they push the existing goods deeper into the lane, ensuring that the first pallet position is always filled with the oldest inventory.
The push-back racking system is made up of typical structural components, including mobile pallet trolleys. Goods can be loaded and unloaded from one side of the lane, adhering to a First In, Last Out (FILO) storage method. This design allows for high storage density and rapid storage and transportation speeds, as the forklift only needs to access the lower end of the racking lane, eliminating the need to enter the rack structure.
This racking system is ideal for environments with limited storage space but a need to increase storage capacity. It is particularly suited for operations that require forklift loading and unloading, especially in scenarios involving fewer categories of items but larger quantities.
