Description
The PVC Wide Plate Extrusion Line is engineered for efficiency and precision in producing high-quality wide plates. Utilizing either the SJZ80 conical twin screw extruder or the SJP90 parallel twin screw extruder, both equipped with an alternating-current inverter, this line guarantees a wide adjusting range and precise temperature control through imported electronic components and PT 100 platinum resistance.
The downstream equipment is designed to enhance productivity and includes a vacuum calibration and cooling unit, haul-off unit, cutting machine, and stacker. The calibration unit is particularly efficient, featuring a large forced cooling system that ensures perfect calibration. The haul-off unit consists of a two-line caterpillar system, with an adjustable upper line to accommodate various plate sizes. Additionally, the cutting machine is integrated with a PLC control system for precise length settings and automated cutting operations. To safeguard the finished products, the stacker is equipped with rubber grip blocks that prevent damage during handling.
