Description

The QINGDAO HONGDA JWF1009 series Bale Plucker is an essential machine designed for the initial phase of the blowing-carding line, effectively processing various types of cotton, chemical fibers, and viscose fibers with lengths of less than 76mm. This innovative equipment features a plucker arm equipped with dual beaters that can move up and down while revolving 180°. The design facilitates efficient plucking of material bales, which are subsequently transported through an air current to the next processing stage.

This machine is engineered for stability and safety, incorporating a balance device to enhance the operational steadiness during the up and down movement. It boasts an automatic stop feature that activates when bales fall, ensuring safety during operation.

The versatile Bale Plucker can handle bales positioned on either side, capable of plucking 1 to 3 groups of bales at varying heights and densities, catering to the diverse needs of yarn production. It is equipped with two plucking rollers and two detecting rollers, with a total of 16 plucking knives and 96 tips for the JWF1009-170 model, while the JWF1009 model has 22 plucking knives and 132 tips. The array of plucking knives and their adjustable positions allow for an evenly distributed plucking line that meets various operational requirements.

Controlled by a micro-computer, the JWF1009 Bale Plucker ensures automatic and precise plucking, enhancing productivity in textile manufacturing.
