The QLB1000 asphalt mixing plant is a state-of-the-art, modular design equipment that combines compact structure with exceptional performance. It ensures easy installation, maintenance, disassembly, and transportation. With its unique difference correcting function and two-stage metering, this plant guarantees high measurement precision and an accurate bitumen-aggregate ratio. The robust drum loop is forged from 30CrMo alloy steel, achieving a hardness of over HB240, providing a service life of more than 15,000 hours.
The burner is versatile, capable of utilizing light oil, heavy oil, or natural gas, with a low-pressure atomization process that ensures high-quality combustion. Fuel consumption is impressively low, at less than 6.5 kg per ton of asphalt mixture. The plant features a double motor double shaft vibration screen for models above QLB2000, or a dual vibration motor for models under QLB1500, utilizing high-quality SKF or OLI-WOLONG motors that require no maintenance on the vibration shaft.
With a large mixing space and capacity, the mixing blades and lining board are made from Ni hard alloy, providing over 100,000 batches of service life. The efficient bag filter, constructed from American DuPont NOMEX fiber, has a service life exceeding 10,000 hours, with dust emissions kept below 50 mg/Nm3. The surface of the bag cage is treated with a heat-resistant spray to prevent stickiness. The electric control system features a Siemens PLC and imported load cell, ensuring stability and reliability throughout the operation.
