The RELIEF VALVE is engineered with a robust 1.316 cold-work stainless steel body, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. This valve is designed for both liquid and gas services, ensuring versatility in various applications. Available in both metal seat and soft seat options, the soft seat valves provide a bubble-tight shut-off for gas, enhancing safety and reliability.
With a working temperature range of -100°F to 400°F (-73°C to 204°C), this valve is adaptable to extreme conditions. The metal seat valves can handle work pressures up to 60000 psig, while the soft seat valves are rated for up to 20000 psig. Customization is available, as the cracking pressure can be set at the factory based on customer specifications. Additionally, the lock wired secure cap ensures that the set pressure is maintained, adding an extra layer of security.
