Segment Car
Inquire NowDescription
The segment car is an essential supporting vehicle for locomotives, specifically designed for transporting duct pieces during shield tunnel construction. This robust car is composed of three main components: the frame, running gear, and car body.
Frame: Features a box-type structure that offers excellent load-bearing capacity, good rigidity, and a straightforward design.
Running Gear: Utilizes a two-wheel-set pedestal structure without a bogie, providing effective vibration damping through coil springs. The hand brake disc is conveniently positioned vertically to facilitate easy operation.
Body: Welded onto the frame and designed with an inclined step structure for optimal duct piece positioning. A 30mm thick rubber buffer is strategically placed on the inclined plane, ensuring protection against collisions and preventing damage to the duct pieces. Additionally, a checkered plate is laid on the surface of the car body, making it practical for carrying scattered materials.
