Self-retaining Hole High-Level Palletizing System
Inquire NowDescription
The Self-retaining Hole High-Level Palletizing System is an advanced semi-automatic palletizing production line designed specifically for the efficient handling of dry products in simple block production setups. This system is ideal for independently stacking curd blocks on-site or integrating seamlessly into a fully automated block production line.
Equipped with the capability to separate bricks and plates of various types and specifications, this automatic palletizing system can form stacks approximately one meter square for cross-stacking. The system is engineered to reach stacking heights of up to 1400mm, allowing for optimal space utilization. Once palletizing is completed, blocks are transferred via a heavy-duty chain conveyor, which can be paired with manual packing or an automatic baler. Each section of the production line features pre-stored positions to minimize forklift running time, enhancing overall efficiency.
Control is simplified through a PLC and touch screen interface, complemented by laser and intelligent sensors that enable unmanned operation. In the event of a malfunction, the system automatically stops, raises an alarm, and displays the fault location, allowing for easy troubleshooting without specialized technical skills. Additionally, a remote control and cloud data feature empower manufacturers to resolve issues from anywhere. The system operates efficiently using electricity, air, and hydraulic power, ensuring smooth coordination without interference. The palletizing cycle takes approximately 16 seconds, achieving an impressive throughput of around 15,000 standard bricks per day.
