Description

The SF-1W(P4) is a high-performance, environmentally friendly oilless self-lubricating bearing designed for durability and efficiency. Constructed with a steel substrate, the bearing features sintered spherical bronze powder at its core, topped with a layer of rolled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and environmentally friendly polymer materials. This innovative sliding bearing boasts exceptional lead-free properties, outstanding wear resistance, strong adhesion between the plastic and copper layers, as well as excellent fatigue and impact resistance. It successfully replaces previous models such as SF-1X, SF-1T, SF-1P, and SF-10, and has proven reliable through extensive testing, including over 1 million impact tests conducted by Jiangsu Hydraulic Components Factory and Shanchuan Shock Absorber Company.
