The Soft Sealing Plug Valve is engineered to meet the AWWA C517 Standard, making it an essential component in various industrial applications. This valve is predominantly utilized in fields such as petrochemical, power generation, chemical processing, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, paper production, and fire protection systems. Its innovative design features an eccentric structure that allows for rapid opening, ensuring efficient operation in critical situations.

This valve boasts several key features including an open design for the valve body cover orifice, facilitating convenient on-line maintenance. Constructed from ductile iron, the body, bonnet, and spool exhibit tensile strength nearly double that of gray iron, coupled with yield strength that surpasses that of steel. The exterior and interior of the valve are coated with epoxy resin paint for superior anti-corrosion properties, recognized by the National Science Foundation.

Additional highlights include a nitrile rubber-wrapped valve core, a self-adjusting U-shaped sealing ring to minimize maintenance, and full compliance with AWWA C517 standards for stainless steel embedded radial shaft sleeves.
