Description

The Soybean Oil Seeds Refinery is a state-of-the-art system designed to purify crude vegetable oil extracted from oil pressing and solvent extraction processes. This comprehensive refinery employs various pots and vessels to carry out essential tasks such as sterilization, cleaning, and purification of oil. The meticulous processes include sedimentation/filtering, neutralization, degumming, decolorization, deodorization, and dewaxing (winterization), tailored according to the quality of the crude oil and the desired refined oil specifications. Both chemical and physical refining methods can be employed based on the condition of the crude oil.

Process: Neutralization → Degumming → Decolorization → Deodorization → Dewaxing

The refinery boasts several advantages:

• Continuous Neutralization System: Reduces contact time between the oil and caustic, minimizing soapstock and waste while maximizing oil yield.
