Description

Soybean Oil Seeds Refinery is an advanced processing system designed to sterilize, clean, and purify crude vegetable oil extracted through pressing or solvent methods. This refinery utilizes a variety of specialized pots and vessels, each tasked with specific processes that may include sedimentation, filtering, neutralization, degumming, decolorization, deodorization, and dewaxing (winterization). The selection of processes is tailored based on the quality of the crude oil and the desired quality of the refined oil, allowing for both chemical and physical refining methods depending on the conditions of the crude oil.

The refinery operates with a capacity ranging from 5T/D to 300T/D and follows a systematic process: Neutralization → Degumming → Decolorization → Deodorization → Dewaxing. The advantages of this refinery include:
