Spray tower detergent powder production line
Inquire NowDescription
The Spray Tower Detergent Powder Production Line is a state-of-the-art system designed to efficiently manufacture high-quality detergent powder. Utilizing the innovative tower spray-agglomeration method, this production line boasts an impressive annual output capacity ranging from 5,000 to 250,000 tons. With an apparent specific gravity of the final product between 0.25 and 0.50 g/cm³, this facility ensures the optimal production of detergent that meets market demands.
The process begins with the precise weighing of various powder and liquid materials according to specific formulas, which are combined in a proportioning tank to create a slurry. Following hydrated aging, the mixture undergoes crushing and filtering before being pumped to the top of the spray tower. Here, it transforms into fine mist particles via specialized spray nozzles and is dried with hot air produced by a furnace. The resulting hollow detergent powder particles are then air-lifted, aged, and processed into base powder. After sieving, additional materials—such as enzymes, color particles, and essences—are blended in the post-blending mixer, leading to the production of medium to high-rated final detergent powder, which is subsequently packaged.
