Sterilizer

Sterilizer include Tube-in-Tube Sterilizer, Tube-type Sterilizer Plate-type Sterilizer.

Take steam,superheated water and cooling water as a diathermanous medium,it is applicable to various liquid material such as paste,juice concentrate,milk,and evan high-viscosity material.It is made of four-layer tube-in-tube structure:the material is forced to a thermal cycle by means of the single pipe indirect heat exchangers,placed one inside the other.Product flows in the second layer of the pipe,while super-heated water and steam circulate in counter-current to the product,inside the external layer’s space
and inner two layer’s space.This fully automatic process allows the product heating at certain temperature over a long period.it is equipped with automatic CIP and SIP system.

Tube-type sterilizer is applied for pasteurization of juice,milk,juice with particles and evan low-viscosity material,to achieve long shelf-life.
Various designs of single stage,double stage and multistage or their combination can be customized accordingly for different demands of sterilization.

Plate-type sterilizer is applied for pasteurizing,ultra-pasteurizing,UHT sterilizing of juices,tea drink,dairy,beer,function drink etc.With advantages of small space occupation,high heat recovery efficiency,compact constrution,feasibility and easy operation and maintenance,this model is widely used in all aspects.
