Table air conditioning performance testing equipment is designed for comprehensive performance testing of various air conditioning systems. This innovative equipment is suitable for chilled water machine room air conditioning, air-cooled machine room air conditioning, water-cooled machine room air conditioning, train room air conditioning, wet film fresh air fan, and commercial air source heat pumps. The production line test system can simultaneously evaluate the performance of up to four units, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in testing.
The system utilizes a centralized water supply, cooled by a water-cooled unit, to conduct tests. Each testing station is equipped with its own water pump, independently controlled by a frequency converter. This allows for a maximum water flow of 54m³/h (0.015m³/s) and maintains a water pressure of ≥ 0.4MPa. The entire testing process, including power supply and water circuit control, as well as temperature and pressure monitoring, is managed via computer, with results displayed and stored for further analysis.
