The TPHD2525 high-speed drilling machine is engineered for superior performance in heavy-load environments. Featuring heavy-load linear roller guides on both sides of the machine bed, it ensures precise and synchronized longitudinal movement driven by an AC servo motor and a precision ballscrew pair of large pitch.
This machine is equipped with two movable slides on the cross beam of the gantry, guided by linear roller pairs and powered by an AC servo motor. The vertical CNC feeding ram-type drilling spindle provides exceptional drilling capabilities, utilizing a high-load conversion motor, Taiwan precision spindle, and an automatic broach mechanism for effortless shank changes.
With a robust hydraulic system for vertical ram balancing and cutter loosening, along with a user-friendly SIEMENS CNC system featuring an RS232 interface and LCD screen for automatic programming, the TPHD2525 is designed for efficiency. It is further enhanced by a chain-plate type automatic chip-conveyor and a sophisticated cooling system that includes both inner and outer cooling options.
