The Upright Chiller is an essential kitchen equipment designed to operate continuously, ensuring food safety all year round. Its innovative design and features maximize efficiency and ease of use. The top-mounted refrigeration system with a hidden evaporator not only maximizes internal capacity but also simplifies maintenance. With a smart control system that automatically detects faults and displays relevant codes on the digital controller, upkeep is straightforward and effective.

This chiller boasts adjustable anti-tilt trays that are GN design compatible, along with removable heating wire seal strips for easy heater replacement. The self-closing door design minimizes cool air loss, effectively reducing energy consumption. Additionally, the door opens over 90° for convenient loading and stock checking.

With a round corner design, the chiller is easy to clean, while the forced air cooling system ensures effective air circulation. An optional lTO glass door provides anti-condensation and clear visibility of the stored items. The patented semi-frequency variable technique, controlled by a VFD (variable frequency drive), optimizes performance and minimizes energy use. An automatic fan cut switch further reduces energy consumption by avoiding unnecessary cool air loss.

Flexibility is key with the option to convert one half door into two drawers as needed. The complex stainless steel bimodal track allows for a load capacity of 50 kgs. The top-mounted removable independently cooling system can be replaced quickly, allowing for various temperature range applications with ease of maintenance. The evaporator is coated for high corrosion resistance, and the unit features adjustable legs or castors upon request. With automatic vaporization of defrost water and a hot gas defrost system, the evaporator operates at peak performance.

Built with high-density 75mm thick insulation that has zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and low GWP (Global Warming Potential), the chiller is environmentally friendly and uses CFC-free refrigerants (R134a/R404a). It is engineered to function efficiently within an ambient temperature range of 0℃ to 43℃. An audible and visual Er4 door open alarm (for doors left open over 3 minutes) ensures food quality and minimizes energy consumption.
