Descriptions:

• l This machine is use for making pulp fiber disposable tableware, using all kind of virgin pulp, convert paper pulp to pulp tableware.
• l This production line setting including pulp making system, thermoforming machines with robot arms, trimming machine and auxiliary equipment.
• l Raw material virgin paper would be bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, straw pulp, reed pulp and etc. It is after pulp making process before use to our production.
• l Thermoforming machine is 3 in 1 function machine, forming, drying and hot-press done in one machine. With robot arms to transfer from each working station.
• l Application: Mainly use to make compostable tableware, food trays. Can produce simple high grade industrial package as well.
• l Pulp molded tableware is 100% ecofriendly, non-plastic, fully biodegradable.
