The WB Series Soil Stabilizer is a robust and efficient solution designed for modern construction and road maintenance projects. Available in two models, WB360 and WB400, this machine is engineered to deliver superior mixing capabilities and high performance. Both models feature full hydraulic systems equipped with a work pump, travel pump, auxiliary pump, motor, and a valve block from internationally renowned brands, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
One of the standout features of the WB Series is its automatic power matching system that guarantees high-speed, steady mixing, thus enhancing the crushing effect and overall mixing quality. The design includes a large diameter mixing rotor and short arm mixing blades, which provide a high strength and improved mixing evenness.
Designed for versatility, the WB Series incorporates deep thread, cross-country, wide base, and low-pressure tires that significantly enhance traction. The WB360 model is powered by a CUMMINS NTA855-C360 engine, while the WB400 is equipped with a CUMMINS NTA855-C400 engine. Unique to this series is our patented “Rotor drive protecting device,” which protects the rotor motor from deformation and damage caused by impact loads.
Furthermore, the integrated dual-cylinder steering axle ensures agile maneuverability, while the multi-point pressure monitoring device continuously checks the hydraulic system’s condition, providing essential data for maintenance and enhancing the machine’s lifespan.
