The Welding Manipulator is a versatile and robust machine designed to meet multi-directional welding requirements across various applications. Constructed with a column, welding arm, rotating mechanism, elevating mechanism, boom expansion mechanism, cross trimming feature, welding head, electrical box, and chassis, this manipulator offers superior functionality and performance.
Equipped with a worm gear transmission and chain drive system, the elevating arm ensures stable and gradual speed changes, enhancing operational efficiency. The cross trimming mechanism effectively adjusts the deviation between the welding wire and the workpiece, ensuring precision in every weld. The electric control box facilitates comprehensive control over operations, including power management, trolley movements, arm adjustments, and column rotation.
For user convenience, a remote control operation box is integrated, allowing operators to manage the manipulator effortlessly. This operation frame supports a trinity control mode and can be linked with submerged arc welding, welding rotators, and other manipulator frames. Manual control capabilities enable effective remote operation, making this welding manipulator an essential tool in modern manufacturing and fabrication processes.
