Its automatic operation begins when a bottle is detected and halts when no bottle is present, providing convenience and efficiency. Equipped with spiral separators and star wheels, this machine allows for quick switching between functions, optimizing workflow. In case of emergencies, the conveyor will stop simultaneously with the machine, while an overload clutch protection device safeguards both the bottles and the equipment from damage. The machine is also designed for easy maintenance, with an optional automatic lubrication system to keep it running smoothly. When the machine is not in use, the nitrogen, compressed air, and water supply automatically shut off, conserving resources.

Constructed from electro-welded AISI 304 stainless steel, the chassis frame is robust and durable, featuring adjustable support feet made from high-resistance plastic material. Safety guards meet current CE regulations, and the lower part of the machine is easily accessible for inspection by removing safety panels. It also features an electro-pneumatic valve for product feed with adjustable opening and closure, effectively minimizing water hammer risks.
