The YB-L Series Blanking and Punching Press Line is a state-of-the-art hydraulic press designed for high-precision blanking of round sheets. Its robust H frame guidance structure ensures exceptional stiffness and long-lasting performance.

Equipped with advanced PLC control, the YB-L Series allows for semi-automatic operation, seamlessly connecting with auxiliary machinery to enhance productivity. The blanking auxiliaries include a comprehensive set of components such as a rack, roller, drive mechanism, guidance center mechanism, material pressing mechanism, positioning, discharge transmission mechanism, and an electric control system. The machine’s blanket moving length can be conveniently adjusted via a touch screen, offering flexibility and ease of use.

Additionally, the YB-L Series can be connected with a decoiler and straightener to create an automated blanking line, accommodating sheet widths of 550mm, 1010mm, 1500mm, and more, further optimizing material usage.
